Laya Yoga Camp: Tripura Sundari
The 11th annual of intensive Lajayoga meditation retreat
and 1st annual with the Great Macrocosmic Power Tripura Sundari
The Laya Yoga retreat is a unique opportunity to attune ourselves and, in a very effective way, amplify our resonance—this time with the Great Macrocosmic Power Tripura Sundari, the Macrocosmic Power of beauty, harmony, and perfect balance.
Tripura Sundari is the principle of godly beauty that permeates the whole Creation. It is not merely an aesthetic quality, but a profound state of harmony that unites opposites, brings inner balance, and awakens joy in existence itself. Her influence leads the aspirant toward gentleness, sensitivity, and the ability to recognize beauty as an expression of the divine order.
Theme of the 1st annual edition: Art, Harmony, Beauty in the Macrocosm and The Secret of the Golden Ratio
This year, we will explore the principles of universal harmony as they manifest in nature, art, and human consciousness.
We will explore:
- beauty as an expression of consciousness
- harmony as the inner order of existence
- the mystery of the golden ratio as a universal principle of proportion
- the ability to perceive beauty as a spiritual path
Participants' experience and practice
Some participants from previous years started to perceive at this camp, for the first time, the subtle inner sound corresponding to the mantra used in Laya Yoga.
The special program, group practice, and the camp’s powerful energy field can significantly support the deepening of this exceptional technique.
The program will also include, among other things, a practical technique of automatic drawing, which allows one to express an inner state of harmony and connection with Tripura Sundari beyond mental control—through spontaneous expression.
The camp will take place in a beautiful nature setting that naturally fosters a sense of harmony, peace, and inner stillness.
Program
The camp program will include:
- intensive practice of Laya Yoga meditation with the Tripura Sundari mantra
- morning lectures focused on deepening work with the mantra and inner sound
- evening lectures on the topics of beauty, harmony, the golden ratio, objective art, transfiguration, and love as an active attitude
- practical techniques (including automatic drawing)
- Hatha Yoga (including outdoor sessions) - practice of asanas and couple asanas
- the practice of Shambhavi Mudra
- Mauna (silence) during whole camp
- contemplation of the beauty of nature
Instructors
Elinor Selea (35th year of yoga) currently teaches advanced years of the Esoteric Integral Yoga course in Prague and Brno.
For more than 25 years, the Laya Yoga technique has been one of the most effective tools for spiritual transformation for him. Thanks to it, he has attained profound spiritual states, including the experience of realizing the Supreme Self, Atman.
His long-term experience, results, and enthusiasm for this practice have led him to organize these unique camps.
Veronika Šupálková (24th year of yoga and 17th year of tantra) teaches the advanced years of Esoteric Tantric Yoga in Brno.
She has deep experience and a very gentle connection to Tripura Sundari. Through her presence, the quality of this Macrocosmic Power naturally flows into the space and touches everyone present—quietly yet intensely, in every moment of shared practice.
Her guidance is imbued with lightness, sensitivity, and joy. Despite her extraordinary spiritual achievements, she remains an inspiring example of modesty, naturalness, and inner harmony.
A symbolic comparison
A yogi who consistently practices the technique of Laya Yoga is like a gardener who waters a seed every day to keep it alive. Only then can the seed sprout and reveal a beautiful flower. But if we fail to water the seed for a while, it will wither—and the beauty it holds within will remain unmanifested.
Who is the camp for?
The camp is intended for students who have already received initiation into the Tripura Sundari mantra (from the 3rd year onward) or who have completed lessons on this power and can receive initiation into the mantra at the beginning of the camp.
In conclusion
This camp isn’t just about understanding beauty. It’s about experiencing it firsthand.
You may discover that beauty isn’t something we seek outside ourselves… but something that gradually reveals itself from within—when we tune in properly.
